Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without having to provide any reason and without incurring costs other than those provided for the return of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can fill in and submit the form below within the deadline. The transmission of the form constitutes formal communication of the intention to withdraw from the contract.
Once the request has been received, an automatic confirmation of receipt will be sent to the email address indicated by the Customer. The products subject to withdrawal must be returned within 14 days from the date of sending the notice of withdrawal, following the instructions provided.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier.
The right of withdrawal is reserved for consumers and does not apply to purchases made by professionals or companies with a VAT number for purposes related to their professional or entrepreneurial activity.
Products for which the current legislation expressly provides for such exclusion are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including, but not limited to: personalised or custom-made goods, sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that have been opened after delivery, digital content provided by means of non-material support whose execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer and with the acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
